EXCHANGES INSTRUCTION (Within 14 Days after receiving your order)
We do recommend our customers to try on all clothes asap once you received.
1. Contact us : contactmamanaustralia@gmail.com with your order number and reason of exchange.
2. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
3. If you have received a Gift With Purchase, the gift must also be returned .
4. Please provide us tracking number of return package as we are not liable the loss of clothes being returned.
5. Upon receipt of the items, they will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above.
Our store do not offer refund. Store credit will be issued after receiving the return parcel.
